I wish the product tracked more true to it's movement. The location updates lag much more than I would've expected with technology we have available today for what you pay for the monthly subscription.

Battery last less than a week b4 it is to be recharged.

Not good with this last issue

The mobile app doesn't support Google Maps so it's difficult to know actual locations without searching for the address. Unfortunately, the addresses aren't always completely accurate either. Example: it constantly shows that the tracker is 2 houses away from its actual location when the car is in the garage. So, if it does that at home, it also makes it frustrating when the vehicle is elsewhere because without precise locations, it isn't doing what we need it to do. Better than nothing but not what was expected.
