This MF is loud! I’ve had my eye on a Soundboks speaker for years but could never quite justify the jump. I’ve owned a few Pathfinder speakers in the past, and while they always got the job done, the Soundboks was the one I kept dreaming about. I finally pulled the trigger and bought the Gen 4 and I can confidently say it was absolutely worth the wait. This speaker is insanely loud. If you’ve ever used any of the Pathfinder speakers before, just know the Soundboks is easily two to three times louder. The clarity is on another level. It’s worth every penny. Honestly, my only regret is not getting one sooner. I’ve been a sound system enthusiast for over 20 years. Since I was 16, every vehicle I’ve owned has had a system, and my home setups have always been solid. With that being said, I can say this without hesitation, the Soundboks is the Taj Mahal of Bluetooth speakers. I have never had a Bluetooth speaker that comes close to either my vehicle or home system. This does. I’ve never heard a Bluetooth speaker this crisp and clear. You can literally feel the sound waves hit you, the physical vibration, it’s something you have to experience to understand. Even at max volume, distortion is almost nonexistent. The tiny bit you might notice is so minimal the average person wouldn’t even recognize it. Even if you do, the EQ in the app cleans it up beautifully. Overall, this is easily one of the best, if not the best, Bluetooth speakers available right now. I’m beyond impressed. Thanks to Soundboks, I’m officially the undisputed champion of music in my friend group. Nobody comes close and is always begging to be added to my jam so they can add to the queue. My only real problem now? Trying to convince my friends to get one too so we can all connect and let everyone in a half mile radius know how great these things sound.
