This company is great, the products are phenomenal, and the customer service is top notch! I had a little issue with the battery and needed help. These fine folks helped me trouble shoot the problem and sent me a brand new battery to help remind the problem! Five star, top notch on all fronts!! Would recommend. . . Very happy with my Soundbok 4. Quality speaker that was well thought out. Sound is very good. Love the removable battery and the input output ports. Great job, I plan to add a second in the near future
