Not the smoothest process
I’ve been bounced back and forth between the retailer and Soundboks regarding my warranty claim, with each side saying the other was responsible. After multiple follow-ups, Soundboks finally handled the warranty, but I had to initiate every update myself. No one explained what was wrong with the speaker, and while it was returned working, I’ve lost confidence in the product and the process. I also wasn’t offered any option to purchase extended warranty
