Manglende kommunikation med mere

Desværre var kommunikationen meget mangelfuld i forbindelse med denne reparation. Først bliver vi nærmest pålagt at der skulle bare betales for reparationen uden godkendelse hvis vi sendte den ind til jeres værksted, efter flere protester og informationer omkring at sådan fungere det ikke for værksteder her i Danmark og flere påtalelser om, at jeg gerne ville ha svar fra jeres værksted på dansk, ikke fra en der sad og skrev retur på engelsk og ikke virkede som om at hun kendte de danske regler lykkes det endeligt at få svar på dansk. Reparationen tog næsten en måned uden nogen former for besked undervejs og da jeg skrev til jeres værksted får jeg besked retur om, at den bare var lavet da der ikke skulle bruges reservedele, dog havde jeres værksted vedlagt en lille seddel hvorpå der står på engelsk at der er skiftet Molux stik = Der er skiftet reservedele i den indsendte soundboks som forventet da den ikke kunne benytte batteri (er selv elektroniktekniker af uddannelse, så jeg ved ganske udemærket hvad et Molux stik er). Alt i andet en meget kedelig oplevelse

Not the smoothest process

I’ve been bounced back and forth between the retailer and Soundboks regarding my warranty claim, with each side saying the other was responsible. After multiple follow-ups, Soundboks finally handled the warranty, but I had to initiate every update myself. No one explained what was wrong with the speaker, and while it was returned working, I’ve lost confidence in the product and the process. I also wasn’t offered any option to purchase extended warranty

Love the product, hate the fact that the battery is not very reliable and they are €140 for a replacement

No response back from Customer service!

Hello, I purchased my SoundBoks last year. When I used the speaker at picnic in the park. I know for sure I'm not getting a quality output of the speaker. I sent a message to SoundBoks regarding my issue. Speaker was not loudness I expected. The response I received was will contact you later. I received nothing after that. Not a good experience. I wanted to know if the company can dona test to see if I'm getting full amount of sound from speaker? Thanks
