It’s been almost a month and I still don’t have my order.

Installation was easy and they looked fine. We were happy about the purchase for less than 3 weeks! I even was going to buy another pack of 3 on boxing day and recommend it to my family but one of the thermostats just stopped working on Christmas eve while we had some guests in that room. They spent a clod night without the baseboard heather and next day after troubleshooting several things including connecting back the old analog device, it turned out that there was nothing wrong with the heather or wiring and this brand-new thermostat stopped working. The baseboard heather is 1500W and the thermostat suppose to support 3000W. (I did not have a chance to contact customer service for replacement yet)

The WiFi would not configure for the valve. Sinope technical had me try a number of different things but nothing worked. They ended up blaming it on Telus, saying this happened all the time. So why wouldn't they work this out with Telus? In any case, I've had no problem at all setting up other 2.4 GHz devices, ONLY Sinope! Maybe they should call the neviweb app Never Web! Don't purchase this unless you're looking for a paperweight. Will be needing a refund.
