The service from Sim corner is very prompt if you need it

Delivery and setup was so easy and intuitive. The sim cards worked flawlessly in Switzerland, but in Czech Republic sometimes the connection defaulted to the Edge network instead of 4G - slowing down connection so much that we couldn’t use the internet. It fixed itself if we restarted our phones, but it was annoying to have to do this several times a day.
