Great product. I did not have email support several times.

The data works on the spot, but the voice call could never go through within the country. The vender text message was in some language that can't be recognized.

Shipping and responding to my emails/questions very quickly. However, the sim did not work, only worked one day on the first port we landed in New Zealand so not worth to get it.

very easy to use. bought twice. It is better if the data balace can be checked like Vodafone sim card.
