You didn't turn on my eSim when requested so I was charged for a day from my Canadian carrier.

The card was set for a particular start date and had a health issue so didnt get to travel and use the card.

I ordered a 25G card but recieved a 12G card WTF is this about. I have not activated the card yet because I am still 6 wks away from my trip so there is still time for them to send the right size card to me.

I got a SIM card for Australia. The only available provider was - Optus. I was very disappointed in cellular service. For example, in some urban locations I had SOS service only. In conversations with locals, I was told Optus is an inferior provider with poor coverage. I also got numerous requests to ‘top up’ my data despite using less than 10% of my monthly allocation.
