We had significant difficulty activating and using the SIM cards. Staff were helpful but it still took upwards of 48 hours to get our cards activated and useable.

I purchased a 100GB SIM card to use in my LTE device. The card review was clear it allowed for hot spotting. The device worked wonderfully for three days in London but as soon as I crossed the France border it stopped working. After two days of trouble shooting with support and not being able to use the SIM card I was told it’s not a hotspot card and to put it in my cellphone. I paid a lot for a 100 GB card and was only able to use maybe 3 GB, I found the experience frustrating and disappointing

the sim card I ordered never came. I was then given an e-sim card which worked fine for data but It never worked for making calls.

The SIM card just didn't work. When I tried to use the internet, it opened a page from 3 saing that there was no line register and every time I tried to follow the steps to register the number, the site didn't go trought. It was a total waste of money. I ended up buing a local SIM card to make things work and keep my travel plans on schedule.

The actual service/reception was terrible and every corner store I went to in Europe had simcards with more date for less money
