Shipping was quick. Had issues using the product.

The card worked as advertised, unfortunately the tracking number was useless. No updates were ever visible. Luckily the card arrived on time and there were no issues.

Excellent connectivity and customer support while in France. Frequent text messages in French indicating overage charges or to upgrade was a nuisance via French text messages to North American English speakers is not the best customer service.

It was very helpful for our trip to Greece.
