Ordering was easy but my SIM card hadn't shipped after a week. I was really worried because I was leaving for Europe in another week and the only way to contact they was by email. After a couple of emails back and forth with support they sent the SIM card by expedited mail and it arrived in time before I left for my trip. The SIM card worked on arrival in the UK and has worked flawlessly in Spain and France as well. Very happy with the product. Support solved my shipping issue fairly quickly but it would have been less stressful if I could have called them on the phone rather than wait for email responses.

never really needed it since we had wifi everywhere that worked ok. Text messages kept coming in that were in French - couldnt understand them so I shut the eSim off because I thought I was going over the data limit or was about to be charged extra for something. Why couldnt messages be in English??

Worked well upon arrival but failed a number of times when in the Inverness areas of Scotland.

Received the sim card very quickly via Amazon
