shipping worked fine, but had ordered it 2 weeks before going, and service was pretty good as to as they answered almost immediately.

Connection is easy on arrival. make sure to turn on roaming to get data as we are in Portugal. Some time unable to get data from in door otherwise the sim works great.

Software didn’t allow me to enter SIM serial number. Reached out and got a positive response within 24 hours. Hope things go as well in UK.
