Sim card worked great in Hawaii. Only issue was trying to see how much data I was using. Couldn’t get a response when I emailed them. Otherwise everything else was great.

So far, so good. After ironing out a few things, mainly me not understanding I had to have roaming active as well as data on, phone has worked perfectly in Portugal.

Excellent product, excellent service. First time I have used a new SIM card for travel. It worked well. When I had questions they were answered by the support team efficiently and accurately. Will purchase again for my next trip
