The SIM card arrived about 10 days after I ordered it which was as advertised. You just switch SIM cards and make a quick phone call and you are all set. We have not experienced any problems.

The purchase of the SIM card was easy. It arrived before scheduled well before our departure. The new card worked immediately upon inserting into phone.

The desk was very handy at AKL airport and the employee was very helpful. The card worked. ( last time I went with SPARK and it never worked, even with their assistance).
