See review. Shipping was a mess. Multiple calls weren’t returned or answered. Emails went unanswered. Probably would have been fine if you just managed expectations up front. When I order a product that says it ships from 5km from my house… I don’t expect it’ll take 3 weeks to get to me.

Bad customer service. Product doesn’t boost cell signal in my area
