Terrible customer support

It took well over 2 months to get the mast, it was not shipped and they made me wait for weeks to confirm it was not shipped then finally after many phone calls and calls from courier, they agreed it was never shipped so the said they would send out another one ASAP... 6 phone calls and three weeks later the finally shipped it. Ordered at the beginning of June, finally arrived mid August!
