Received a bad power tv power board. Tested fuse and no continuity. Used bad board and it was sent to me. Also the plastic white protectors which keep the tv case from being able to touch the board were installed on the wrong side of the board. Thankfully my purchase was only $70.

then when I put the old part back in which used to work for s-video doesnt work for that now, the part they sold me was not new the HDMI ports were all bent up

I ordered a used tv base and received a completely empty box. It was all taped up with no damage to the box at all but it contained my packing slip and some pieces of packing paper but no base. I’ve emailed the company and received no response at this point! I just want the merchandise I paid for!!
