You sent me the wrong parts

I have a Vizio TV model number E50 – C1 which is the same model number you put on the packing slip but the parts will not even fit inside the TV

No customer Service

I notified you via email that the board is not functional. Does not drive the TV. I put my old board back and it drives the TV. I ordered a replacement as old board has one bad HDMI port. No reply from you whatsoever.
