I am waiting on a response to my email I wrote yesterday morning about recieving a DOA part and got a review request that forces me to pick a star rating, what else can I say? We will see how they do but it is what is for now.

Terrible bad experience

I asked for a return after sending pics confirming the the board was not correct and I was ghosted

The package arrived with a broken circuit board inside. I reached out by phone with the number on the website several times and there was no answer. I sent 2 emails about the broken board and have not heard any feedback at all. I guess that I will eat the cost of my purchase and never buy anything from this company ever again.

I was sent the wrong item. I am very upset. Please remedy this issue. Customer service has not sent me a return shipping label. Very poor customer service.
