Well, you asked... it sucked, BAD!! The item I purchased was damaged during shipping. Keep the $15 dollars for completing this review, I don't want it. I have learned my lesson and won't ever purchase anything from this company again.

The board that was shipped is a non-working board. They claim they test boards, but obviously they have a quality control issue. Now I am stuck shipping a bad board back at my expense. Doesn’t seem right. Caution if buying a board assuming it’s a working board.

I did not receive the item i purchased as advertised, i received a different model altogether and way later than they originally stated. It also showed up filthy dirty inside the package.

No availability sources to return the bad parts.

Ordered BAL board for TV and TV won't turn on after installation. Contacted customer support about this and got no reply or answer.
