I have filled this out already. Please let me know when I will received the 3D printer I ordered for a Christmas gift on 12/11/ I keep getting the run around with no answers!!!

You didn't actually have the products I ordered in stock and had to wait 2 months for my order. Do not take people's money if you cannot honor the order in a reasonable time frame. It took you two full weeks to finally tell me why my order wasn't being shipped.

Very slow shipping.
