Having difficulty setting up a new S7 with Material Station. Have not found a step-by-step guide or video on how to do this. Difficult to contact support, assume they are very busy. HELP!

I waited ten days for an order updated to be told “The person who was supposed to handle your order went on early maternity leave and your order just fell through the cracks” I had orders of my own to fulfill. The “oopsie” attitude was disappointing and even though this was a small purchase for a replacement part, I won’t ever shop with this company again.

I needed PLA filament quickly. I shopped around and they had what I needed “in stock” at a decent price. After I ordered, I received an email apologizing that they actually do not have it in stock, when I inquired, I was told that there is no way for them to continue to take orders if they list items as out of stock. What? Why continue to take orders if you don’t have it?? That was over a month ago. I got a message yesterday that my item finally left the warehouse. I’m hoping to get it next week. Just because it is listed as in stock, it doesn’t mean they really have it.
