They are okay and shipped quickly but they do send a lot of annoying emails and product selection pretty narrow.

I placed an order on Nov 5. Since then I have heard nothing about the shipment or status of the order. The only reason I now know the status is because I asked. My brother praised your service and communications, so this event was a surprise for me.

I've been trying to contact customer support because *I think* I installed the laser tube correctly, but it's making a noise and refuses to cut or etch, although it does fire. There's also a red light now in the motherboard.

The platform is easy to use but its been a while since I ordered and I haven't gotten the shipping notification yet
