Regarding the filament product pages, it would be amazing if they included any information about the material, its print requirements, and maybe recommendations to other users with it that 3dUniverse also sells. There is a materials database sheet but I had to look for it. why not have a link to it presented to the buyer on each filaments page.

Things worked fine. Shipping was way faster than expected. Couldn't find some of the optional items for the Beamo (like the auto-focus) - would have been nice if that was all easier to find. When I first saw pop-ups on the website about people buying things, the first things that came to mind was data privacy. Not that big of a deal to me personally, but would someone be really turned off that you're sharing their name, location, buying preferences? Email was really responsible to a question/feedback I sent. Nice. Ultimately I hesitate from giving reviews on smaller websites and like to save my reviews for amazon because I think the impact to the company would be better, but in this case I think I'll give a review on your site soon. Why not sell materials for cutting on lasers? Lots of people doing it but honestly its a pain to find these things. I'd buy them from you if the price was set right.

My order was on Thursday 4/25/24, and after I pay an extra fee for fast shipping, for my order to arrive maximum by Monday 4/29/24, I received the items even after the normal delivery date! which arrived on Friday 5/3/24.

Response time and communications were difficult but ultimately resolved my problem with the incorrect material being shipped.

I ordered Ultimaker brand filament for automatic detection with my printer. The spool is not automatically recognized, it seems to be because the filament is re-spooled onto an old ABS NFC spool. Also, the filament did not print well, even after adjusting the settings. It seems very old.
