Horrible

Battery will not charge after 30 days. Pyle will not send me one until 4-6 weeks for a service tech to check it out. I'm a teacher outside and need it for classes. Can't believe they will not send me one once the broken one arrives.

WORST customer service ever

My Pyle unit mal-functions intermittently. No one seems to understand that. When I returned my unit,it was returned to me,saying that it checks out fine. They now want a video of it failing. That means I have to re-install and wait for it to fail, then take a video of it doing nothing
