Speakers were fraudulently added to my order and I immediately sent an email to remove them. The speakers where shipped anyway and my account was charged. Noe I have to go to the trouble of sending them back. Should have better customer service than this.

Received 2 carts as a Christmas gift in 2023. More than a year has gone by and the company refuses to honor the warranty on the carts and has sent the umbrella holders that were promised

Bought this on Amazon for the rechargeable battery. There was no battery port. Customer service in Southeast Asia told me that the port was discontinued. Impossible to speak to anybody in the Brooklyn office. Everything directed to call center. Sending this back to Amazon. Total waste of my time.

Poor customer services

I want to send my Pyle box for repair to the company. Asked simple questions as to how much it will cost to ship from the address given in the mail to your services center. I cannot believe it takes 2 weeks to answer this questions. This is a very poor customer service. I am losing confidence in buying Pyle product due to poor support service.
