Poor customer services

I want to send my Pyle box for repair to the company. Asked simple questions as to how much it will cost to ship from the address given in the mail to your services center. I cannot believe it takes 2 weeks to answer this questions. This is a very poor customer service. I am losing confidence in buying Pyle product due to poor support service.

terrible customer service

literally the worst experience i have ever had dealing with customer service. they offered a refund and after returning the product they said they couldn't do a refund. Took just under a year to resolve and I still wasn't able to get the promised refund and had to settle for another terrible quality product from their catalog.

Received damaged due to poor packing, submitted exchange request and after submitting photos now my emails go unanswered, no response.
