Two weeks after the product
Two weeks after the product was supposed to arrive it had finally been shipped.
This is after I had to reach out to customer service and numerous emails back and forth that were mainly, "I'll look into that for you". After the first week, I asked for the order to be canceled and was stalled with promises it would come and to "give it another day" despite the tracking number not working. After nearly 2 weeks we finally began the hassle of canceling the order, and then the tracking number worked (showing a label had been created but not even shipped). Then it arrived 2 weeks after it was needed and supposed to arrive.
The box was so damaged I could see into it from one hole and light coming through from another hole. It had been partially crushed and was mummified in plastic wrap to hold it together.
Tested on bullhorn and it seemed to work nicely, but the process was not worth the headache.
