Extremely Frustrating To Purchase From
Purchased a guitar chair that was delivered with damage to frame and tears in padding. Poorly packaged and damaged in shipping. Pyle attempted to honor warranty by shipping a new chair but it was delivered without the seat. Made several attempts to obtain the missing seat, Pyle's response was for me to pack up both chairs and ship it back to them before they would supply the seat. I told Pyle repeatedly that I do not have the original damaged unit and also the boxes were too damaged to ship anything back. I requested to just purchase the seat directly at which I was told No, they do not sell it by itself. Seriously??? I never asked for anything that I didn't pay for. So I am still left with a seat frame, backrest but no seat.
