Good customer service

After about 4 months had issue with blown fuse and circuit board turned black at the fuse location Contacted them and responded next day after information exchange sent a full replacement that arrived in a few days

Great job but missed one problem.

I sent my amp to Pyle because the main reason was the right side channel wasn't working. They replaced the noisy fan and resoldered a connection. Pyle did a great repair on my amplifier except for one thing. Using the remote control, the volume still doesn't work. I can still adjust the volume with the main volume control, but I wished they had fixed this problem too. I wrote them back to tell them about the volume not working through the remote but I still haven't heard back from them yet. It could possibly be the remote itself. Not sure.

Dealer Application got lost in the abyss, would like some follow through. My non profit organization applied months ago and informed that the Pyle USA processing dept. was back logged. We are still waitting Rev. Eric Native Global Network, Inc. thekeystonenetwork@icloud.com

Not overly pleased

Customer service responds within 24 hrs, but the part to replace the one that arrived smashed is still “out of stock “ for 4 months now.
