Great customer service and service satisfaction. When I e- mailed your company that the led light panel, was not working, and defective, your dept. contacted me promptly, and replaced the defective led light panel, with a whole new hydroponic system. Thank you so very much !

Placed the order on a weekend and arrived in 4 business days (free shipping). Was given a discount code for another 10% off the order; then given an additional discount offer during checkout if I added another item to my order, although the price for the additional item I was interested in was still priced too high.
