I don't know how many times I wrote requesting my warranty, and always received same answer like it was a new request, I claimed before expire and after you never got back to me, I believe if you offer a warranty for your products you should give what you offered, sincerely very disappointed. I might need to buy a new set of cookware but won't be from you.

You don't sell parts for products that you sell. Like parts for your cassette decks.

Battery will not charge after 30 days. Pyle will not send me one until 4-6 weeks for a service tech to check it out. I'm a teacher outside and need it for classes. Can't believe they will not send me one once the broken one arrives.

No help lost money, waste of time. And refused to help me. give me run around I will never buy another product from them ever again
