WORST customer service ever

My Pyle unit mal-functions intermittently. No one seems to understand that. When I returned my unit,it was returned to me,saying that it checks out fine. They now want a video of it failing. That means I have to re-install and wait for it to fail, then take a video of it doing nothing

is there real Pyle Customer Support?

Pyle Customer support has quick email and satisfaction reviews but no real support. Again, I have a broken amp under warranty, PLEASE ADVISE a Solution.

Says you have warranty but yous don't

I will be staying away from your speakers. Says yous have warranty but yous don't. Yous just waste my time in emails and play games. I'll make sure everyone I know stays away from your cheap products. Picture attached shows my 2 broken 10inch woofers yous will not replace. Very crappy company yous are.

Requested deletion of all data by as consent revoked for personal data processing. Clearing continued email shows failure to comply and will be reported for malpractice. All consent is revoked for personal data processing to all parties (Pyle, Yotpo, Et al).
