Can't complain about the service. Would like to come back and place a positive review as I think the Blade Arm is a dud and I reckon I need to return it.

I bought the MH-C9000 charger and batteries. The instructions were very clear as to when certain modes should be selected. I called to get further clarification. They may be obvious for a professional, but not as clear for a layman.

You might want to review your system and send out the review request after the product is received! You have delayed its delivery by another 2 weeks.
