After a frustrating and unsuccessful search of the usual suppliers, only here was I able to find an excellent quality product for my purposes when searching for a backdrop paper roll support system with aluminium tubing to suit.

Found a bit of data missing from charger description which hampered decision making. This has been reported to staff who have promised to fix! Other wise it was relatively easy.

charger works good

Quick delivery.

The item I ordered turned out to be out-of-stock and it took a few weeks to arrive. Understandable, I guess. Very little seller communication about delievry date. They did arrive in the end, so that was good.
