Very good products and quick delivery time.

Loved the service and would eventually like to return as a regular customer. Found it very useful, fun, interesting, and convenient. In terms of use I was able to easily evaluate hype vs reality for some specific pedals that I had been considering for some time. In addition, I was able to evaluate whether a specific pedal actually fits/works within my pedal chain holistically. Sometimes I may like a pedal, but it doesn’t match well with the other pedals in the chain so this opportunity was very valuable. Ultimately, again, I love the service and for me personally, I’d like to see a price around $12.95 or maybe even $14.95/mo to make it more economically feasible. As I’m sure you deal with as well, monthly subscription costs for everything add up so much these days that our household is looking to cut back and minimize these expenses however we can so there is definite price sensitivity from our side. Perhaps you could consider offering a longer term incentive where a customer would get reduced prices as time goes on. That way you could sustain their business but provide more incentive for staying with the subscription over the long term. Just a thought….

Great service, I loved getting a new pedal(s) to try. Service was always very quick - the only reason I quit in a nutshell, I couldn't ever get the pedal I really wanted to try. I wanted to try the Brent Mason Wampler pedal. It was hard to figure out 10 pedal in the que, so that was a bummer because I would end up with something I really wasn't interested in. I do think you have a really cool service, and I have recommended Pedal Genie to other people!

I personally love the service and once ad revenue begins to roll in, I plan on using the service again to provide the various pedals I will use on my YouTube channel. The only negative I had was even with a large wish list they were unable to provide the pedals on it and emailed me to add more to my list. All in all 4.5/5

I loved almost everything about your service. The only thing that could improve it would be to have the return label generated through the pedal genie website vs having to email someone. It would feel more streamlined. I will return as a customer one day when I get more time to play with more pedals! Thanks, Jeremy Cotta
