Case pattern was not what was advertised.

I have not received the item I ordered on 12/30/24.

You sent me an incorrectly sized item. I emailed you about a week ago and again a few days ago and there has been no response. Disappointed in your service so far.

I was sent the wrong speaker. I sent the old one back and haven't heard anything back on sending me the correct speaker I ordered. I sent an email and never got a response.

Quality is not the best
