Original order was lost in transit and I had to reach out to request a replacement. When I received the replacement, it was not the item I order and OTM Essentials has not responded to my requests.

Not a good case for phone protection

This company is impossible to get in touch with. I only received one item from my order. The second part was a Christmas gift that I paid for and never received. I am out the money as I can’t get in touch with anybody for a refund. But I genuinely just wanted that product I ordered. Now I am incredibly unhappy with the service I have received and I would not recommend ordering from this company. If you get what you ordered, the quality is good, but it’s not worth the risk. The way they do business is terrible and as it stands right now, there is never anyone available to chat, nobody emails you back, and when you call you get a call center that takes a message for you.

My ordered was placed 15 days ago and have yet to receive it.
