Terrible customer service

The tags keep sounding their alarm all day and through the night, and they keep disconnecting and connecting. The most disappointing part is that nobody from customer service had bothered to respond to my emails over the past week asking for help.

Firstly I wasn’t going to do a review but since I get daily emails asking me too here goes. As far as I’m concerned it really needs better service, there is around a 10-20 min delay on message alerts that could be the difference between life and death to be frank. We had to pay more for Telstra version as dad is In country and yet still has crap service. He had a fall and we went alerted as battery had died yet didn’t send alert of low battery instead we found him on the floor at our arrival. There is not enough information supplied on the actual set up or how. Don’t know what alerts cost how long till have to pay. I just think overall there is a lack in information and service, if you feel right charging more for rural coverage then it sound actually have coverage.

I orderd a NutTAG for my mother and father as one of them gets lost a fair bit. The the unit provide was missing an ID number and therefore unable to be activated. Upon making and inquiry I via phone I was informed that a specialist would only take my call if I booked a week ahead which is absolutely ludicrous for a simple sales issue, plus I haven't recieved an reply to my emails from last week. Very shady behaviour, I'd recommend you do not buy this product.

The device doesn't update correctly, it has an hour lag in up dates and puts the location as incorrect. Im extremely disappointed and will be contacting the company tomorrow.
