This is awful I ordered a couple of pouches in Feb and is still waiting for it to b delivered - I contacted NutTAG about this but no response to date.

Orders like 2-3 weeks ago and it’s been sitting at aus post for 13 days and no one responded to my email. Don’t know why I paid for fast shipping.

Terrible item. Died in a few weeks due to rain getting I to the unit. The customer service team told me it had been under water . The unit was on a pupil which has never been in water. Just covering up for a piece of junk I paid $300 for.

The 4G watch i purchased for my son for Christmas is not working properly. I have many issues which I have sent on emails but no specific responses to my identified problems, just generic emails saying they aren't there to support at this time (when I'm sure they have sold many of these 4G kids watches as Xmas gifts). Nuttag has sent me all set- up emails for the incorrect product. There is NO phone support. They send emails with a calendar link where you can book a 15 minute support call which I did, and No-one called me at the confirmed time (or at any time at all!). So why offer this service if it doesn't exist? Buyer Beware! At this point I absolutely wish I had not purchased this product at all.
