This device needs me to constantly press the black front button in order for the gps to update. That is not what it’s for. Plus. Yesterday in a clear sunny day it continued to say gps could not be established and to move outside. I was outside. I’m trying a few more settings but this does not do what it was advertised to do. Sorry.

This pet tracker does not work. Cannot connect to the network, battery barely lasts for a day, app interface is clunky and inaccurate and Customer Service is next to non-existent. I returned mine after having to wait over a month just for a response only to have my refund request rejected. This product is a scam. If I could give it less than zero stars I would.

Very very long time to get the item for it not to work

Have bought 3 pet Nuttag GPS products. One of the first two has simply stopped working. The third we bought was inadvertently bought without a SIM card. Customer service told us to send it back for a full refund (we would then have bought another). Sent back early December 2023 - arrived at Nuttag on or about 4/12. STILL no refund. Got a customer support call on 21/12 - told the refund would be back on my Mastercard in 3 - 5 working days. As at 11/1/24 still no refund. Booked another call for 12 pm today 11/1/24 at 12 pm. No call as at 12.30 pm. I despair! Nuttag really needs to lift its game. Annie Gray 0473 225 823.
