Charger & battery length not what I expected

GPS could be more responsive. It sakes several minutes to update when the wearer leaves the home address. Also, incorrect address is shown when wearer is at home even though the pointer is on the right house. Battery life not very good, watch has to be recharged daily. Phone works well to make and receive calls. I purchased and recommend the Aldi Mobile 365 day plan. The Aibeile Plus App is quite good.

having issues with the app and phone. think I have all the battery saving modes on and the battery still only lasts a day and thats without it even making a call. I carnt send text messages or make a video call. gone through app but carnt find out why. friend has the space talk watch for their child and their able to do all these things.

Every time i move around the alarms go off even though they're configured not to. in the end i had to turn off my bluetooth. N to ideal.

Great and friendly staff but unfortunately we have constant false geofence alerts which has drained out our account balance 3 times.
