Disappointed with no manual about pendant eg: how long the battery lasts: at what distance it is active. Had to make several texts to find out , as battery was always flat at shower time which was when I needed it most

SIM card not included

I would like to say unfortunately I should of had read the size of it as I wanted to put it on my bike, and there's no room for it to be hidden. Also it's the distance to says up to 30 metres,I guess it would be great for a pet or child's scooter.

Ok

Sales excellent; support seem to be fighting a losing battle
