Shipping times were longer than advertised, and tracking wasn't adequate. Otherwise, a pretty seamless experience.

I ordered my GPS tracker over the phone, but the lady on the other end took down the wrong address. I rang customer service, they took down the right address and assured me it will arrive at the right address...... it went to the wrong address.

The product is built well & shipping was spot on. In terms of functionality, the live tracking doesn't seem to be accurate especially considering I am in an area with solid Telstra network despite setting a 10 sec custom refresh interval. Also the app - especially the history function could do with some refinement.

The product itself is good, but the customer service and shipping is terrible. I purchased the item on January 24th and it didn’t arrive until March 29th. 2 whole months. And when I emailed the service support team for assistance after about 3 weeks of waiting, I advised that I hadn’t even received a tracking number. They took about 3-4 days to reply to my email and said that I should have received a tracking number by then, and magically after I received that email, I then received the tracking number, but it’s funny because the tracking history with Australia Post shows that you guys didn’t even ship my package until March 17th.. so what was happening this whole time. The product is good, but based on the mess around, I won’t be re-purchasing or recommending your brand.
