Native Union Online Store

Non existent online customer service- sent 2 emails re faulty wireless charger- makes clicking noise. We know its not right as we bought another around the same time and that is ok. Odd they can send a review request here but not an automated return form. I only want to exchange it for another!

The product never arrived and I have repeatedly tried to get in touch with Native Union but have not got a reply at all.

Despite my best intentions I ended up ordering the wrong item by size. The cost of returns means it’s not worth correcting as I have to send it to Hong Kong.

Have not received my purchase yet because the delay of your support about the spec of products I bought on blank Friday .

Paid £12 for next day shipping and it took 6 days to arrive. Awful.
