Terrible service. Would not replace my faulty cable.

The device is very slow to charge. It's plugged into an accelerated charging device, yet it takes too long to charge my phone. Perhaps with the case removed it would be faster, but who wants to remove one's case each time you need to charge. Oh well...

Initial Shipping was fast. But the refund exclude the shipping fees!

Wireless charger still doesn’t work and waiting for the millionth response from support

My charger stopped working within 2 weeks and when I emailed customer support, they made me jump through hoops to get a replacement. I sent a video of the device not working and still have not heard back (it's been weeks) so all I have is a useless paperweight
