The case doesn’t fit my phone

Took too long and when I asked About it I was given no explanation

Service client catastrophique Mon colis a été volé et j’ai toujours pas de retour de vos services

I never got my order

Product was dead on arrival and customer service by email is so poor no one has contacted me in over 1 week! I cannot return it for a replacement and I am sure by the time you come around you might say is too late! Not my usual experience with NU products but should have got it from Amazon! Disappointed customer.
