Case broke in less than a week and is hard to put on seems to damage phone.

worked without any issues for 2 months - but is now broken and the charger piece got detached into my sister's phone

I recently ordered a wireless charging dock and a PD wall charging unit. I expected the high performance described for each of the products. However, neither of the products performed as described. The charge time was VERY SLOW. I returned both prodcuts for a refund. For more than 2 weeks now, I cannot get a response from anyone at Native Union regarding the status of my refund. Although their cables work well, I will not likely order any other products from Native Union. If you purchase, beware of their very poor customer service. I am still waiting for my refund. : (
