I was very disappointed in your customer service and your return policy was ridiculously complicated

I haven't got my order Due to to your restrictions on shipping to Russia i made order on my friend, who was in business trip in England. But parcel was delayed on 7 days and he didn't get it.

Returns are difficult.

Bad design! The case button difficult to press and the case also difficult to remove. Customer services could not do anything about it.

Defective wireless changing. It only changes phones without phone cases. Also, it does not charge earbuds, AirPods at all (it can blink red light all day long). After placing the phone in the charging area, we have to wait 2-3 minutes to make sure the light stays white (charging), otherwise, it turns red. Making us re-positioning once again.
