Native Union Online Store

Native Union customer service is the worst; Bought an expensive version of a Macbook case (the WFA line) that does not fit the product the website stated is compatible with. And will not refund without packaging.

Already 1 month and items have not been delivered and terrible response from Natuve Union support. Usually never have an issue.

Are used to love their products but I will never buy native union again! The website was misleading. They gave me grief about trying to return it. And you have to know if you return it you have to ship it back to Hong Kong. Will never buy again from this company

Bad quality products- wrist sling disconnected/ fell apart just under 10 days of wearing it and damaged iPhone + case More damage than benefits Do not recommend
