Delivery time was not accurate. Took 4 weeks to arrive, when I ordered it stated 5 days.

Needed to return products, required me to return to Japan address, return shipping would have costed more than products themselves. DO NOT ORDER from native union.

I purchased a sling and it didn’t work with my phone case. I emailed about returning it and received instructions. I had to pay for the return myself. I see from tracking that it was received. Despite multiple additional emails over almost two weeks, I have not received any communication or a refund.

I took fast delivery and paid for that but i got the order slower than normal delivery.

While the order process was fine, my attempt to initiate a return was near impossible. Nobody responded in the online chat. Multiple attempts calling the phone number were unanswered. I nearly didn't make the return deadline. Suggestion: If you're not able to provide customer service, at least make the online returns process easier for people.
